Nothing is from me, it’s all a gift from Hashem

When we receive any good thing or succeed in something, we need to immediately say ‘thank you’, and to recognize that this is all completely from Hashem. This is a great tikkun, or spiritual rectification, because when we do this, we raise our success back up to the root where all the abundance actually comes from.

This is called turning ‘I am’ into ‘I am nothing’.

Nothing is from me, it’s all from Hashem.

Once we recognize that our success comes from the Upper Source, then our success can continue. This light of gratitude brings us to humility, and humility brings us to happiness.
