Discover Simple gratitude

The first step in thanking G-d is simple gratitude. To search for the simple things, many of which we take for granted.

We may or may not realize it but one of the main causes of depression and anxiety is that we don’t notice those simple every day things that we are given.

Our minds are automatically focused on what we don’t have and with the need to fill the void of what we believe we are missing.

The first goal is to rid ourselves of this automated thinking. When we begin to free up that space in our brain, we become aware of even more. Aware of things we never noticed we had all along.

This next part is tried and tested and proved again and again without fail.

The more we thank Gd, the more we will find we have what to thank for.

Included in this is a special gift from Gd:

The more we thank Gd, the more He gives us reasons to thank.

We can look at this even on a simpler level of understanding. When we train our minds to be grateful and thank G-d, verbally or writing it down, then our brains will start to feel free and able to release more concealed thoughts of gratitude which were hidden from the mind.

This challenge is not just to motivate but to also transform the way we view our life and tackle our challenges. All with 3 simple words – Thank You G-d!
